how long will you angry with your sibling?

It happened before CNY this year, brother came to help to move house but end up I scolded him for small stuff (at least I think so) then he left.
After that, he blocked me from all social media (ws, fb, calls...)
Then complaint to family member.
In the ends, I got scolded by everyone. But that is not the points.

The point is until today, he still blocked me and don't want to contact me again (even my sister has tried her best to advise him).
Thus, as per title, how long normally one angry with your sibling? Is that normal that guy really angry and disappear just like that? Any experiences share?
Feeling that it's even harder than a love relationship.
Will it end up like those in newspaper that siblings will only chat/communicate after more than 10 years?

There is a friend of mine.

Recently she knows the guy from online.
After chatting for 1-2 days, he already asked for serious relationship. Some more due to long distance also willing to sacrifice and move to her city.
When asked to have a video call, suddenly camera from phone is broken for 2 weeks. Only agreed for audio call.

The most strange thing is she remembered clearly the distance set in the apps is 20 m, and suddenly can linked to 2000 m (where he "said" where he is).
not sure is the apps' bug or anythings.

Feel pity for the guy, he picked the bad timing on a wrong girl.
Should advise her to stop testing him or any ideas/opinions?

p/s: my friend is just a moderate person, she knows that very well.

Recently she got breakup, but she wish to recommend single-nice-available girls for her ex. Is that strange/weird?
she feels that He is a very nice and good guy, thus should deserve someone that suits him. Although he is the one that want the breakup/friend-zone.

There is a friend of mine.
She plans to move into the same condo that her ex's living.
By doing so, she need to walk out from her comfort zone and need to travel far from her office.
Meaning both Financially and Physically to be increase in the near future.

Eventually you know he will still reject her.

Should advise her to give up or still continue or any better solution?
