How hard is it for me to get Unifi fibre for my house?

Moved to my new house in 2017 and have to endure 8Mbps Screamyx for 4 years. First 2 years was worst at only 4 Mbps. Also I'm paying RM 140 each month for this snail speed.

Last January 2020 registered interest for Unifi and only on December 2020 they started pullling fibre cables.

January 2021 almost nothing. And now even worst I got conned my the agent that registered me. Did not submit my registration.

Now I just got back from TM point telling me that no port, have to add more port. Have to wait 7 working days for them to process. I mean WTF is this shiet?

What makes my blood boil is a few houses in my Taman keep bragging how they got Unifi already installed.

I'm seriously about to file a complaint to MCMC. Sick of this shit.

Also this past week, the Screamyx connection has been getting slow. Keep getting timed out.

Recently found this new tyre. Alliance 030EX

Price seems quite good for this size. After a little digging it seems to be a sub brand of Yokohama and its even Made in Japan. Even the sticker style is almost identical to Yokohama ones.

Looks like a rebranded/rebadged JDM tyre, the Yokohama Bluearth ECOS ES31. I hope 225/50R17 will be available here since mine needs replacing.

Good alternative for those looking for comfort based touring tyre.

Seriously. This was once a car company that made amazing cars in the 90s. High performance and innovative technologies. Now just what are they doing?

Lancer has not had a replacement since the Inspira based one came out in 2007.

There has not been a Accord/Camry sized model for ages.

Pajero is dead.

All that is left is a shitbox tribanger Mirage, Eclipse Cross (oh god don't get me started on this POS).

Triton (take it or leave it but its still no Hilux)

Pajero Sport (unsafe at any speed)

Outlander (CR-V and RAV4 are better)

The god awfully hideous Xpander (WTF is that front end supposed to look like?). Seriously don't bring that Indon engineered vehicle here. It will be awful. Just another Avanza.

I was never a big fan on Mitsubishi but I do appreciale the EVO, Pajero and AWD tech they used in cars. Just sad to see a once great car company slowly rotting away. Just close the car department and just keep making air conditioner and fridges.

Rear fog lamp in Malaysia

I noticed more and more locally assembled cars are being equipped with rear fog lamp. Especially Nissan (Almera and NV200) where you can see that thay have only one reverse lamp and one rear fog on the driver side.

Honestly, Why was this even mandated/implemented. Malaysia does not really get severy harsh weather especially thick heavy fog. Yes some areas do but like 99.99% of cars are not in those areas. In most cases just having you low beam headlights is more than sufficient. Even the US where some northeast (Alaska even) where winters get harsh do not require rear fog lamps.

Rear fogs are especially annoying and dangerous especially stupid Malaysian driver who are not properly educated having the need to switch on EVERY SINGLE LIGHT in their car just because thay have it. Goddamn foglight abusers. The glare is just horrible especially those morons that drive NCP150 Vios ACV50 Camrys with TWO rear fog lamps shining like a beacon right in your eyes. Goddamn morons should have their licences revoked for life.

Done rant. Just tired of this pointless requirement being implemented.

I just replaced my first gen Myvi fan motor. Paid RM 150 for ori Denso part and installation at my local workshop. Is it reasonable? Just curious.
