Need suggestion in choosing web development course

Hey guys,

I'm thinking about switching career from a marketing background to a more IT oriented role. Perhaps in web development or data analytics.

In regards to web development, I came across two programmes.

1. Full Stack 360 by Lead - online course with 4 days physical class at RM 4k
2. Full Stack Web Developer Bootcamp by Next - 10 weeks bootcamp at RM 10k

Would like to ask for your opinion on which is better?

Background:
- Current and previous jobs are marketing/sales based
- Currently learning the basics of R as hobby
- Basic knowledge on VBA, copy and edit codes online as well as using the macro recorder.

Thank you!

Demotivated at job

I know that I should be grateful that I still have a job during this period. However, i just can't boost up my motivation.

What are the impacts on my future career if I choose:

Option 1. Subpar performance, get bad impression from current boss, risk getting fired.
Option 2. Quit properly before things get worse.

I admit that I choose my career path for the income only. I'm not really good at what I do and I don't like the role. I'm in business development/marketing. Before MCO, i'm still able to cope with it as there are a mixture of paperwork/reports and meeting/influencing people (I don't like this part but do it for the income). Recently, there's a change of job scope where my role will move more towards influencing people.

How should i continue my path?
