Help? Can't game?

Here's my Pc specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 SDRAM
GPU: Zotac GTX 1080 Mini
PSU make and age: Cooler Master MWE 650 Fully Modular Power Supply and 1 year
OS: Windows 10

Its about a year since I had my Computer built but recently after playing games, about 1-5 mins, my pc will straight up off by itself.

Motherboard is still turned on but my gpu doesn't light up, cpu and external fans all off.

I cannot turn back the PC back on till I turn it the whole computer off, wait till the motherboard stops lighting up then only I can turn it back on.

I tried to reformatting the pc to no avail. Please help.
