http://forum.lowyat.net/ Mon, 06 Jul 2026 10:48:55 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2024152 as topic, during mid July i sold a 2nd hand electronic item to one of the user here in this forum, part of the item details as below:- <br /><br />---------------------------------------<br />Price: Offer me<br /><br />Warranty: none<br /><br />Dealing method: COD<br />-----------------------------------------<br /><br />this buyer contacted me via PM and offer me a price, i agreed to the price and we COD shortly after that. <br /><br />Since it is inconvenient to me to do testing at my side (with his presence) so i ask if it can be tested at his side and apparently he stay to far away, so we came to a term where we will COD but he will do the testing on his own and tell me how is it. <br /><br />2nd day, he told me there are slight problem with the item and requested a discount, we discussed and buyer even ask the possibility to return the item but in the end we came to a term which i will refund some money as discount.<br /><br />yesterday he PM me and said my item is faulty (still functional but some problem with it) and ask me &quot;how&quot;<br /><br />i admit i&#39;m new and noob to the trading environment in this forum, so i&#39;m asking for advise here how am i gonna reply to the buyer and what should i do?<br /><br />P/S i feel like to ignore the buyer but it seem wrong and might spoil my reputation (right?); i still have extra unit for the item, replace it?
