Promo period for your credit card credit limit.

It says flat interest of 3.88% per annum. So if I borrow rm5k its rm194 interest for 12 months.

The terms I see is if below rm5k there is a one time charge of 2% which is essentially half.

So im thinking of applying for 5k even though I actually only need like 2.9k

My question is
1. Is it a good rate?
2. Anything i should be aware of for credit limit advance plans?

I starting new job go office twice a week only at Q Sentral.
Want to know the full day parking rate there. Whatever cost its definitely worthwhile because not going everyday.

I also want to know if the parking will be full by 10am or got slots because expensive.

Plumber with Thermal Camera

One of my interior wall Is cracking and growing mould. I suspect the main pipe is leaking.

However, hard to diagnose without thermal imaging to see if really leak or from somewhere else.

Do any of you know where I can find a plumber that provide thermal camera imaging?

I tried Google don't have anyone.
Please recommend.

How is your recovery post surgery?
How long it took for you to fully recover and eat normally?
Any complications you face?

I start first, 2 weeks post surgery from time to time will have diarrhea and very mild stomach discomfort.
