Property near KLCC for Airbnb

I think there's probably an existing thread for this but i can't seem to find it or it's not updated

I was just wondering if it's viable to still do Airbnb for a property thats walking distance from KLCC

Would love to hear from other Airbnb owners of their experience

Opening an Online Store

Hi Gals,

I have been entertaining the thought of setting up my own online boutique. But i'm not sure where to start ^^;;

If theres anyone here who can share with me

What are the pre-requisites to open an online store?
What are the risks involve?
How do i find a supplier?

People have told me to go onto blogspot as opposed to set up a full fledge buying website since Google Search is biased to blogspot.

Elesis is a Knight of Serdin. When she was young, she was trained as a warrior by her father who was also a Knight. Her father was a member of the former troop, going after KazeAaze. After which there were no clues to the former troop's whereabouts and not even a word from her father. With the love she had for her father, she had decided to find her father's whereabouts and thus partake in Grand Chase to capture KazeAaze. Characteristic: She is known for her powerful attacking skills and her sword techniques to sweep away her enemy as quick as a flash. Elesis is capable of 80% defense rating when dealing with Archers' arrows. Elesis is a formidable character.

Lire: the Elf
Age: 16
Likes: Everything that a spirit possesses
Dislikes: Monsters, especially UGLY monsters

Lire is an elf of Eryuell Island. The elves of Eryuell Island are known for their combat abilities but are a peace-loving species; therefore, they are strongly against wars of the continent. To help with the investigation of the mysterious affairs of the continent of Bermesiah, the elves came to be aware that all these years of destruction were caused by KazeAaze, the Queen of Darkness. The elves master thus assigned Lire to join the assistant troop to be of assistance in hunting down KazeAaze.

Characteristic: She is notable for her long-distance attacking skills and agile shooting towards the approaching enemies. Her weakness is that she can be easily chased by Knights. However, this can be a reversal for arrow attacking in some geographical features. If you are skilled in controlling the angle of an arrow and you are protected by Knights in the game, Lire is the best recommended character. 2-step running jump is her best specialty.

Arme: the Magician
Age: 15
Likes: Researches on magic
Dislikes: Disruption during her magic research

Arme is a student of magician in the Kingdom of Serdin. She has an extraordinary gift as a magician, seeing that she is capable in handling Black or White Magic concurrently. In spite of her young age, she is a very talented magician. Noticing that KazeAaze can lay powerful black magic and the thoughts of competing against him has given her a goal. Therefore she joined Grand Chase to face the magical power of KazeAaze.

Characteristic: Her Offensive Level Spell (black magic) and Defensive Level Spell (white magic) are the ideal magician's attacking skills. If someone playing her character charges her MP to extreme, you had better escape from her sight. Her spell attack will be so strong that it will be more than a match for you. For just one shot, powerful Lighting Bolt and Reverse Gravity can easily knock your socks off!

The male characters,Lass the Assasin and Ryan The Druid . Available once completing some quest.

Games publisher shows it cares

ONLINE gamers need not be glued to their computer screens all the time - not, at least, where AsiaSoft is concerned.

The online games publisher is out to do its bit for the less fortunate, beginning with the physically disabled.

Early Tuesday morning, its employees were busy distributing more than 250 boxes of mooncakes, paper caps and goodie bags to the children, teachers and volunteers at the Spastic Children's Association of Selangor & Federal Territory (SCAS & FT) as part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative.

Established more than 40 years ago, the association caters to the needs of some 250 children and adults, including outpatients, suffering from Cerebral Palsy.

The association also provides various re-habilitative treatments such as physiotherapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy.

According to AS Online Sdn Bhd country manager Leon Chang, the activity was a significant one as it marked the launch of the Gamers Care programme as well as the beginning of more CSR initiatives in the future.

"The Gamers Care programme expands on our similar social building programmes in Singapore and Thailand where we have worked with various organisations to enrich the lives of those around us," said Chang at the SCAS & FT centre in Petaling Jaya.

He said Gamers Care would be progressively introduced as part of the company's aspirations to work closely with its player communities, to support deserving organisa-tions.

"Gamers Care will be interactive. We hope to encourage the gamers to also come up with ideas on how to contribute to society, and in future join us in visiting the needy," said Chang, adding that AsiaSoft had some two million gamers from Singapore and Malaysia alone.

Mooncakes and goodie bags were not the only items donated to the centre that morning.

Chang said the company also donated a number of items for the centre's IT needs, including Lexmark ink cartridges, special track ball mouse and optical mouse, and head-phones.

Asiasoft is going to launch Ragnarok Online 2 in South East Asia! Check out the pics i took at the event. The booth was huge. They had demo stations for Cabal Online, RO 2,Audition,Darkness and Light, GetAmped and mini booths for Maple,WoW and Pangya.

MAPLESTORY MyFamily Showcase 2007 at MidValley

I was at midvalley today and maple story had set up a booth at the My Family Showcase at the Convention Center. They built an actual mushroom house and you can step inside to see Henesys,Perion,Kerning City and Ellinia
