planning to upgrade from 3 LCD setup to 4 LCD setup

cos my current graphic card(HD-5770K) is kind of old ady, and only support max 3 LCD setup, is time to upgrade GC too

my question: is there any single GC support 4 display or 6 display?? which model??

note: NO play game, NO photo editing and NO video editing, main usage is only web browsing and office doc

requirement: the GC need support each display at resolution 1920*1200 or above

hi there all tech sifu, please help

few website i normally surf have no problem at all, but start few days ago all the sudden cannot open or very very difficult to open, problem only happen during daytime, after midnight back to normal again, next day during daytime cannot open again

and i notice my PC pop up this error when i shut down the PC, refer to photo
note: the pop up error happen right after i have issue cannot open some webpage

PS: i already format my PC, but still facing same issue!

1st of all if i post this at wrong place, mod pls help remove this topic ya

need help from banker or any bank officer on housing loan
due to the loan amount is a bit sensitive, so i use percentage ya

below is my story:
as a Premier Wealth account holder with MBB, recently i need to purchase a house.
before do the purchase i do check my financial ability with MBB, after MBB bank officer go through my document, they say no problem on the house value which i gonna purchase

after everything come to a deal, i submit my load application to MBB.
down-payment is 37% of house value, mean my load amount is 63% of the house value
the bank official say interest rate at 4.4%, and they say can be lower to 4.3%
note 1: the total payment year is 15 years
note 2: the monthly installment amount is 1/5 of my monthly income
note 3: MBB never request guarantor on this loan application
note 4: all processing fee: legal fee, stamp duty, MRTA and other fee is pay separately(not in 63% loan amount)

after submit my application, about 1 week MBB inform the loan application is approved, but the problem is the approved interest rate is 4.9%!!
my question: why when i submit the loan application, the bank official say the interest rate is 4.4%(might get 4.3%), but end up is 4.9%!!
note: the loan approved at 8/5/15 4:00pm(received conformed call from bank), but i cant agree and wont sign the agreement as the interest rate rise to 4.9%(should i sign?)

is it something wrong? why MBB rise the interest rate like this(rise 0.5%)?

excel facing low memory after format

hi all sifu need help

recently i format my PC(desktop)
after that facing below problem at MS excel(alway say low memory, then the excel shut down!!), refer to photo
my PC(desktop) have 32GB of RAM, but same excel file use at my laptop which only have 8GB RAM wont have such issue!!
note: before format, dont have low memory issue at all

how to solve this problem? pls help

normally when input a formula we use "," like below:
=if(A1=0,0,1)

but dont know why and when this happen, i need to input like below:
note: if use "," instead of ";" excel wont accept my formula!!!
=if(A1=0;0;1)

how to fix this problem??

i got 3 LCD(sharp 32", Dell 24", samsung 24") set up at my PC
recently 2 of the LCD(sharp 32" and dell 24") will random black out 1-2sec, then will back to normal again

may i know what is cause this symptom? GC or LCD??

booting time crazy slow after change hardware

here is the story
2 week ago, i replace a new SSD at my desktop(is low end AMD dual core system), after replace SSD the booting time is about 30sec +/-

due to my old AMD MOBO only support max 4gb RAM..is not enough for my usage...so another upgrade as below

2 week later(7/4/13), i replace almost whole system: processor(i7-3770), MOBO(asus P8Z77-V LK), RAM(kingston value ram 16GB (2x8gb), PSU(silverstone SST-ST60F-P 600W 80plus bronze), and and LG DVD writer
**the only thing didnt change is the GC and the 2 week old SSD(intel 520 series 180GB)

my nightmare started after the 2nd upgrade, the booting time become 2 minute+/-!!!

i sent to shop reformat 2 time ady, but still same...very very slow!!

what is wrong?? what is the solution?

pls HELP!

i planing to connect 3rd LCD at my Sapphire HD5770 -vapor-x
(2 DVI output, 1 HDMI output, 1 display port output)
currently ady used 1 DVI output and 1 HDMI output for dual LCD setup

my question:
for the 3rd LCD, can i connect the 3rd LCD to the remaining DVI output? or need to connect to displayport output?
which one should i connect too?

if must connect to display port, what brand of LCD got display port input?

A: for vehicle without huge size spoiler and heavy sound proof, 1 spring should be enough

A: the answer is YES and NO.
YES: for small amount of money it can level up your vehicle standard and can become a lazy man!
NO: if is not an hard job and very enjoying lifting the trunk or bonnet by hand

Q: how useful is this spring?
A: when both of your hand is full of shopping bag or item, after unlock the trunk/bonnet by remote control, dont have to put the thing in your hand on the floor to lift up the trunk/bonnet

A 2: locate a place to install the spring, after installed the spring(hock it), tight the adjustable screw 1-2 round per time and test the trunk lips can fully open or not, if not fully open, continue tight the screw(1-2 round per time) until the trunk lips can fully open WITHOUT BANG the top part of the car body, DONE!! KAUTIM!!
A 3: add some soft rubber/hard sponge/styrofoam, purpose is to absorb the force when the trunk lip jack up!
