Different appointment time for vaccination

Hi all,

Would like to get some advice. I registered for my parents last Sunday, both above 60 for AZ on 8th June. They both gotten the appointment notification in My Sejahtera, both got 8th June however different time slot, one is morning 11am, one is evening 5:30pm.

As my mother cannot drive, so she needs to go together with my father. I tried to call their Hotline 1800-888-828 and email them, unfortunately no one pick up & reply.

If both my parents come at the same time, will the team proceed with the vaccination? Let's say they both go for 11am, but my father's appointment actually is 5:30pm, is it okay? Otherwise, if they go for 5:30pm, but my mother's appointment actually is 11am, will they automatically cancel my mum's registration?

Does anyone has similar situation?
