How much is it to install a stainless steel water tank. 200 Gallon. Not so much concern about the tank itself cause i was quoted around RM1k plus but the installation was like RM2K!!!!. Anyone here got any experience on this or have installed one before.

Any FS master here? Need a bit of advice. My house was built before 2004 (period 7) but was only occupy by people in 2005 (period 8). So is my house period 7 or 5 according to the flying star. Some say as long as it is constructed with roof and floor, that is the birth. But some say, only when there are ppl move in, that is the start of the period.

Booth Dinning Room

Hi,

Need advice here. My dinning area are pretty small and after going through some solution to best use the space, I have come out with the solution where one side of the dinning table will be a booth long bench. I saw the attached in one of the shop selling bakery and i absolutely love it.

Question is where do you find this? If its customise, anyone know who can do this? Is it a carpenter or someone else? I have been searching for one and almost give up and wanted to use an ikea bench instead but the attached add so much character to the place. I'm sure you have sat this kind of seat before as its pretty compare with cafe to save space.

Any comment and recommendation is appreciated.

Switches for Air-Con and Fan-Do we really need it?

Nowadays, the fan and air-con are all remote control..so the question, why bother has a wall on/off switch for it?? I notice my fan switch is always on. Is there a valid reason to have the switches??

Xtreamer Prodigy 3D

Hi all,

It is driving me crazy. Here is my setup:

1. LG 65LW6500, 4 HDMI input which one is 1.4 (ARC)
2. Xtreamer Prodigy
3. HDMI cable - i believe its 1.4. Try two cable. One come with Xtreamer and another come with LG BD660 3D Blu Ray. It should be HDMI 1.4

The media player play everything except Full SBS. I have tried two different encoder, its the same. It show "Unsupported Video". The Xtreamer Prodigy by right should be able to play Full SBS.

Help, anyone???

How to access to Windows Bios on a MAC?

Hi all MAC sifu,

I recently bought a MacBook Air..something i wanted for donkeys years but my office do not allow MAC OS, thus i install the Windows 7 using BootCamp.

The problem is that my IT support engineer are having a hard time to setup my MAC to be used in my office environment. Main problem is that he cant seem to get into Windows Bios to do whatever he needs to do.

Right now, my mac default boot up is Windows 7 and if i need to chose MAC OS, when i turn the machine on, hold the option button then select which OS to boot from.

Really appreciate any help or any information relating to this...

Any good Ear Mouth Throat Specialist in KL?

My sis has some serious ear infection and the doctor she is seeing at one of the famous hospital seem to be doing a lousy job. Only charging her high fees but after 3 weeks, the situation has not improve much. The specialist is scaring her by saying she most likely be deaf at one side of the ear....I really want to seek for a second opinion cause i don't really trust this doctor.

Any help or info is appreciated..

5 meals a day

Hi all,

Everywhere i read, it say you have to eat 5 small meals a day to maintain the metabolism in order to reduce weight and body fat. I find it very challenging. Below is meal timing and the best i can do is 4 meals. And for someone who does not cook...it is also challenging to maintain a clean diet. Want to hear how you guys do it and how you overcome the initial challenges.

9am - Oatmeal with raisin and nuts
12.30pm -Rice with meat and vege
4.30pm - Oatmeal with fruits (before workout)
9.00pm - Not fixed, sometimes rice or chicken or bread with tuna or subway...depending what food i can get outside.

Animal Flex

I discover Animal Flex and was thinking of trying it out. The reason is that recently I am into running as part of my workout routine. Join my first marathon and enjoy it a lot. The thing i think i injure my knee...more like a ligament or tendon. And when i go running now, after 20 mins...the pain come back. I am taking glucosamine and wearing knee guard to help on the healing process but i read that animal flex helps in tendon and ligament cause it contain a lot more ingredients including glucosamine.

Anyone taking this or any recommendation?

Cheap running shoes in HK

I'll be going to HK next week and heard that they sell pretty cheap running shoes like Mizuno, Nike, Adidas...much cheaper here due to the tax. Any experience? And how much cheaper are we looking at? and where in HK?

I heard that Mizuno is popular in HK and I am looking at the Mizuno Wave Rider....
