Hi there guys,

I hope I am posting this at the right channel.

To be honest, I am really bad in designs and arts.

End of this year, I am getting married and I am planning to do some slight make over / touch up of my parents house (which i am currently residing also).

Its not the biggest contract and i am struggling to find suitable (interior designer + contractor) for this mini project.

The things i would like to do for my house
- Replacing the curtains
- Replacing the house pots
- Painting the sides of the house
- Painting two of the rooms
- Repair and replace some of the bathroom items (some handyman involved)
- Make over my room (smart space concept)

All above is inclusive of providing ideas, purchasing and managing the contractors

I would appreciate if anyone could propose any credible contact to execute the project

Hello guys,

I am writing here because i failed even after calling many tyre shops.

I own a Mazda 3 and recently my car entered into a pothole. I had to change the tyre and even after mutliple calls i only manage to get YOKOHAMA tyre (hard to locate 215/45 R18). So I changed a set of two tyres and i still have one of the TOYO tyre since the thread is still new.

I am looking for one (1)

TOYO tyre
- 215/45 R18
- 89 W
- TOYO made in japan
- PROXES T1 Sport

If not i will have to let go the tyre and also can someone advice where can i get 215/45 R18 tyres?

Guys,

I am very much interested in doing masters in finance / management or even mba in Germany.

Any of you can recommend any good universities in Germany? Or maybe is there any institution / bodies giving such consultation.

Hopefully the course is around 18 months only and not a very high tuition fees

I tried using Google -ing but it leads to many many websites and it is super confusing and i don't wish to fall into any scams.

TECHNICAL OFFICERS
The successful candidates will be responsible to maintain, trouble shoot and rectify the packaging/brewing equipment and utility machinery to ensure the highest possible production efficiency.

* Assist the Packaging/Brewing Supervisor in daily operations and ensure smooth running of production

* Trouble shoot, repair and maintain packaging/brewing machinery

i did some research and its actually a supplier for harbour material/ container handling equipment and engineering services.

so basically i will be working with massive equipments and it is heavy industry.

Trying to get involved in pipeline design

Good evening guys,

I will be graduating in 2 months time in mechanical engineering and since there is an abundance of graduate engineers out there i am planning to work in the line of pipe line design, hence i would like to acquire the certification in pipe line design

The things that i would like to know
- which training companies offers the pipe line design course (better if its in malaysia) WHERE CAN I GET THE TRAINING?
- what are the modules/softwares required in the training so i can be be easily accepted into a company once i am done
- is the 5 days training programs provided by companies sufficient?
- any other suggestions

my parents just renovated our house.. v actually totally demolished the house and rebuilt it, from single strorey house to an 1 1/2 storey house..

v paid the contractor's fees accordingly and the house finished a month ago.. the house was supposed to finish within 3 months but it took 4 months.. the main problem is that till now v didn't get the CF and TNB just fixed the 3 phase electricity just a few days ago.. because of the CF and TNB delay v haven't pay the 10% of the payment.. by the way v r staying in the house already.

when my bro called the contactor today, he said since v delayed the payment he is taking legal action on us. he is going to sue my parents and bring the case to court. he asked us to pay the money where v suppose to.. he meant at the court. is it our fault? i need some advice

NOTE:

(+) the agreement was signed by the contractor and my dad only.. comisionner of oath isn't involved
(+) he said v delayed for the payment for 55 days but in the "contract" such thing not written
(+) v paid the 90% right at time without any problems
(+) CF not received yet, TNB fixed 3 phase wiring wiring just a couple of days ago
(+) the contaractor's company, ES**R*N MAINTANCE, JALAN BURUNG SIN**R, TAMAN BUKIT MALURI, KEPONG, KL (An Indian Company)

to anyone practising law, i need some useful advice.. feel cheated, and frustrated

please do not be cheated by such contractors
