How to replace this lightbulb?

Hi Guys,

First time replacing a light bulb.
Seems to be easy BUT removing/opening the cover or casing is the difficult task.
How can I open this light "casing" or "cover"?
It has this small curved metal sticking out but pulling seems to not to do anything.
I'm afraid to force it because it might break or have obvious dent. (only renting).

Hi Guys,
Can you suggest which shop sells the cheapest RTX 2080 Ti?
Building a PC asap using this graphic card.
Cheapest in LAzada I can find now is MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti VENTUS 11G OC (RM4,988.00)
Maybe there's a 4kRM 2080ti somewhere?

Honest Issues :
- Of course, wear and tear on the exterior. Scratches on ports and sides. But NO DENTS! NEVER EVER DROPPED!
- Some exterior markings and smudges. Will try my best to clean.
- LAN Port DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE! Take note! I did not bother having it repaired because I use Wi-Fi primarily. (Wi-Fi no problem) Can use an adapter for LAN Connection. I personally used a Type-C to LAN adapter.
- Opened the back panel once to change the broken CPU fan. Both GPU and CPU fans are working perfectly since then!
- 1-2 hrs battery time. Depends on usage and power options. But suggested is to always have it plugged in while gaming.
- Comes with the charger only. (Plus the FREE RAZER 2month old GAMING MOUSE! DEATHADDER ELITE)

This laptop is still very much loved.
Never removed the front peel as you can see in the picture.
I rarely game on this laptop, main games played are NBA2K Games.
Tried playing PUBG, got around 100+FPS in 1080 Ultra settings.
Most of the time connected to exterior Monitor, external keyboard and mouse.
Always have the keyboard protector.

We can test on any restaurant with Wi-Fi. TEST AS LONG AS YOU WANT to make sure what was advertised is true!
