After all this years and decade with Lowyat and /k i think is time to remove myself from the forum and its people that is getting toxic day by day. Lowyat use to be fun place people having fun chit chat, place to discuss issue problem, tease each other but this few year i notice the remaining member are nothing but bunch of toxic peoples.

All the funny member that can have fun are all gone either got ban or no longer active etc ladytarot, angeline, 2feidei, judehow, and more which i cant remember the name anymore since they no longer active for quite long.

The situation is made worse by the admin blocking new registration and permanent ban while keeping the toxic people here

The toxicity have reach a level that you can no longer have healthy discussion with these toxic ktard and also reacha point dont even want to interact with these toxic ktard anymore. Even the malay forum people is not as toxic as ktard at here.

So from now on i will now go into read mode on this lowyat forum and the topic i will reply is the my diabetes tered and this tered only.

Its better to remove myself from the toxic mentality of people here before i become one.

One day might come back joining the discussion on kopitiam if there are more the environment is less toxic.

My pren rarely drink sweet but sedentary lifestyle HBA1c 110mmol

While ayam can say almost everyday snack chocolate and chips. Every day 3 glass kopi and teh ping breakfast lunch dinner. Every week twice or thrice zus chocolate sugar normal but HBA1C 35mmol. Drop from 4 year ago 40++mmol

I notice now its harder and harder to buy beef at city . Now all those grocer mall and supermarket dont even sell anymore. All have buffalo meat only. Beef they only sell those innard stuff or those special cut like ribeye or shoulders. Hate buffalo. The meat so tough

Anyone play game using company laptop. Currently play dead space 2023. 1080 can reach 100fps cpu gpu percentage average 70-80++. Better than my old PC I5 with GTX750 only. Wanna play game also cannot need lower graphic.

Just afraid it will shorten laptop lifespan and company find out then GG

Since i first use express bus few years ago kkkl Alya express, sri maju super nice i notice all the light the one focus on individual seat never see one working and also the curtain seem quite old never change. It seem that all this used to be working. Is express used to be luxury transportation

Lunch ordinary mamak not bistro type tomyam ayam telur dadar ais kosong 12.8
Snack after lunch or dinner 3.5
Dinner Hokkien mee chinese tea 13.8
Supper chicken shop malay shop ais kosong 11.5

Total daily eat budget 40-50++ near 60. Really pokai eat like this how to tahan. Go eat ampang, sri hartamas, sri petaling all same same. Even sungai buloh also same just less a bit expensive.

Seem Alza "autonomous" mode quite useful in highway. When in straight highway can relax my hand no need hold the steering while the car will auto correct itself when overshoot lane line. Now can relax my hand abit. Just need to keep my eye focus

Back Pain From Seating Whole Day Solution

Used to be blue worker but now temporary assigned white collar job already for two weeks. From clock in seat till clock out except lunch time but then lunch also seat also. Now i know how white collar feel seating whole day. Not as relax as it look.

Any solutions. Didn't know seat only also can back. I go gym also pain is muscle sore pain but this doesn't feel like muscle pain. Chair is just normal mesh office chair. Cannot change since its common office

Already assign to here two week. Very hard to fit in.Whole management is China team. Mid management also chinese malaysia. Basically those site supervisor and those in office other than admin China or chinese and mostly China team. As a banana very hard to work becauese their meeting in mandarin. Talk to them or when have a meeting or discussion have to keep ask them repeat because the talk fast or ask what the meaning of the word they just said. Not sure can last long or not.

Is this legal?. Court already settle. Compensation confirmed. Last few month they call go to their place to settle and due to some arguments unrelated to this case I didn't go. Now they send this. Sound fishy based on the letter wording. Money go to lawyer bank first?
