However, that post was when we knew we were sued by TNB with fraud.. Now we have a new similar problem but this time, my father said he did sign for that shop but he called the owner to cancel his name for it but the owner of the business did not do so and has told my father he has.. What can I and my family do? We obviously cant pay the large amount of money owed and we didnt owe it in the first place. Someone else used my father&#39;s information to run a business and set everything by his name but the property is not under the guy, he rent it to open business. Can I sue and win?
