            <description>I&amp;#39;m not sure this is the correct forum to ask but would like to know if anyone gathers which banks in Malaysia offer the best LC service in terms of expertise and professionalism? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My company does export and we use HSBC to receive LC, so far so good, sometimes its slow but just wonder is there other banks that does better than HSBC?</description>

            <title>DELL MONITOR WARRANTY ISSUE - PLS HELP</title>

            <description>Hi, I&amp;#39;m not sure whether this is the correct place to ask but I&amp;#39;m facing this issue currently.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had purchase a DELL MONITOR MODEL S2721QS from a SHOPEE SELLER last year march. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Last week, my monitor just suddenly wont turn on even I tried unplug and plug in again, at first I thought it was my laptop or hdmi problem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But soon I found out that the screen just wont start up at all, does not even have start up screen. TOTAL BLACK&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The monitor I bought is just less than 1 year and this really upset me. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What I did: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Immediately look for dell support - whatsapp them the issue i had. in the end they ask for PDF Invoice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here is the damn thing,&lt;b&gt; the seller did not gave me ANY INVOICE even after I receive my monitor few days later&lt;/b&gt; (last year march) and the seller keep MIA. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;The fuckin seller name in shopee is EMIROVTECH &amp;#33; Such an irresponsible seller&amp;#33; DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM&amp;#33;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;!--emo&amp;:angry:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;  &lt;!--emo&amp;:ranting:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/ranting.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ranting.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now i need help, since I dont have any Invoice from the seller and the Dell Support keep asking me to provide, I showed them my purchase order in shopee but they dont accept.&lt;br /&gt;I contacted SHOPEE to ask for seller information and they dont give me, they just ask me to report the seller  &lt;!--emo&amp;:shakehead:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/shakehead.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='shakehead.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is there anyone can help me with this similar experience (Without invoice &amp;amp; item still under warranty), where and how am i suppose to claim the warranty in KL area? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just bring my monitor and go lowyat?             <title>DIGI POSTPAID ROAMING SCAM</title>

            <description>Dear all digi postpaid users, I seriously encourage all users to check your bill every month to make sure your bill did not overcharged/wrong charged by roaming calls/internet. My recent issue with Digi is that it overcharged me for almost RM300 ! Last 2 months there were overcharged too, the same wrong roaming charged but that was around rm 35-rm50. But this month, guess what RM300?! I was shocked that my bill was RM650+ ! My current plan is postpaid infinite RM100, i subscribe to netflix and others but it should be less than RM200 per month. So when my unbilled charged accumulated till RM600 i already knew that they overcharged me for RM300+. Please see the attached image for my bill, i have subscribe RM10/month for roam like home. If you notice, all those FRANCE ORANGE call number is 603, which is to KL. Do DIGI think their consumer are all stupid ? I have to check my bill every month to prevent overcharged, and there must be overcharged every month regardless any amount big or small. I'm so sick of this, even though they refund to my account later.
