pls help, I'm in dilemma...

Currently I'm working in company A. The job scope I'm doing now is not exactly what I want.
Salary + Benefit (2.5k + 12% epf + 3 months kpi bonus).
Company B has offered me (3.1k basic + 300 allowance + 15% epf + 1 month contractual bonus + 13 months X 15% performance bonus + working distance shorter).

Now the problem is: I've tendered my resignation in company A, but I was countered offer by an attractive jobscope package, and this is exactly what I want to be in...but for now, they do not guarantee me anything specifically e.g, how much they can offer me...they just told me there would need a discussion within HR Consulting, then need to wait for the employees review, after that only can offer me based on the market rate...should be wait until next year only my pay can be revealed. Actually it's a good opportunity for me to explore in this field which I think it's hard to be in...because normally need only experienced candidates, let say need at least 1 full cycle implementation. I afraid that once I miss this chance, it's hard for me for getting another chances to get into this field again...it can be said as more money + more future job.

However for company B, I'm satisfied with the pay and benefits, just the cons is that it's similiar with my current job. The main point is, I've signed for the offer letter. Somebody told me that actually as long as I inform HR earlier, and tell them the reason why and bla bla bla...should not a big deal, but it depends.

Simplified my sentence:
Company A - Lower pay but got more future
Company B - Higher pay but do not have much future

Which options do you choose?

P/S ： I got only 1.5 years working experience.
