Where to get faulty laptop for free/ low price

Like the title said, where can I buy faulty laptop (not refurbished, like a laptop that's completely broken) for free or low price. I'm from kepong.
I google search and only saw some place that buy faulty laptop, I ady send an email asking about that but I still wanna ask fellow netizens to suggest me some places that I can get one for free.

omg, I'm literally so tired right now. Idek what to do..
Idw to be rude or bratty or anything but my parents ARE MAKING EVERYTHING DIFFICULT FOR ME NOW. IT ALWAYS LIKE THAT WHEN WE NEED TO FILL IN THE SALARY PART

Alright, so. I'm a SPM leaver and I want to apply for PTPTN for my uni in july intake
I honestly have no idea what to put in for the gaji kasar and gaji bersih part since currently we have no income (mom is unemployed)
When we apply for the BPN, we only get rm1000 because apparently we are categorized as M40 (4000-8000)
Luckily for me, applying for ptptn doesnt need payslip, or else I have another big problem at hand (dad doesnt have payslip)

So they said just put 4000 lah, since we m40 mah
and when i ask about the gaji kasar and gaji bersih, they insist on putting both with 4000

i google search on gaji bersih and its gaji kasar - allowance/epf/tax return ( correct me if im wrong)
but my dad doesnt apply for epf nor he got any allowance.
and i take a look on the 2018 tax statement (he hasnt fill in the 2019 yet), and it said that the tax return is rm0 ????
so supposedly both gaji kasar and gaji bersih is 4000 right ???
and after that they said, " aiyorr then kasar put 4000, bersih put 3500 lah"
but i doubt this is the right way to do it

And how ptptn check with lhdn with this matter, which part did they check, how did they check.
and how did you look for the salary part in the tax statement, is it the "total income" divide by 12 months
but this is a statement from 2018 isnt it, it wouldnt be the same with 2020 isnt it. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh im so confused

But when I finally want to submit the application, it said,

" Pengesahan Permohonan anda telah gagal. sila periksa butiran-butiran yang disenaraikan semula. maklumat permohonan tidak lengkap"

I double check, triple check, quadruple check, AND I CANT FIND A PLACE WHERE I "TIDAK LENGKAP" EFGIEDFAHgdfgehegwrgwrgfw

omg im so stressed right now, sorry for my long rant. Really appreciate it if you can take the time to explain some to me.

Buy A New One vs Upgrade my Laptop

Alright so, I'm going to uni in July and need all of your advice on whether to upgrade it or buy a new one.
My budget is not that high, around 1k-2k

My current laptop model is Asus X450lc and there's a lot of fixing to do.

Things need to fix
-change the keyboard (it's not functioning, using external keyboard rn)
- change the touchpad (not functioning too)
- upgrade to SSD (500+ gb)
- add one 8gb ram
- replace the internal speaker (it's broken too, there's cracking sound if it was too loud)

Alright so, what do you guys think. I've been using this laptop for 8 years. What do you suggest me to do ?

And btw, what online marketplace is best to buy these computer parts. I buy my internal fan from shopee though, but are there any other places to buy computer parts?

How to be a novel/comic translator (Chi - Eng)

A SPM graduate here, well as you all know, during this MCO situation. Lots of Malaysians were forced to work at home/no work at all and me being a part-time homework class tutor and waitress certainly did not help at all, as I was too had to stop working...

Well, I was actually interested to become a translator for Chinese comic and novel. Can any translator give insights on how to start this job? For example, how do you find a comic/novel to start translating? How did you contact the author, did he pay you to translate it or did you buy it from him and post it on various translated novel/comic website to earn the manuscript fee. Can I just do it for fun (not full time, but freelance)

Since I'm actually taking this break to brush up my English and my uni intake is in July. It would be great if I can earn some extra income by translating while studying during my uni period. For now, I'll just perfect my English first.

Well, feel free to give me any advice and better yet, steps to start this job. Thank you in advance.

I honestly prefer insights from recruiter/HR for these kind of questions. In that case, my question is, fresh graduates from which uni would you mostly hired. Of course, the graduates themselves must have the skills to succeed, but in terms of reputations.. Which uni is better

MMU Cyberjaya or MMU Melaka for CS

A recent SPM graduate, currently waiting for my result..
I made a few research regarding to what and which uni I should study, but there's a few question I would like to ask.. If its not troublesome for some of you, I would love you to answer it..

Alright, a bit insights.. I'm planning to further my study with diploma then later on degree...
Now I do know the difference between CS and IT, and I would like to go for CS (data science/AI, mostly AI)
My first choice was APU, and after a few more weeks of research.. I decided on MMU Cyberjaya
Well, MMU is famous for its computer programmes in Malaysia, but there's a few question about it

Question is

1) Is MMU Cyberjaya really a CS based uni ? This is because I only saw Diploma in IT is available and theres no AI degree
2) I do actually saw AI degree in MMU Melaka.. Does it mean that both campus of computer programmes is different ?
3) According to ex-MMU, MMU Cyberjaya is better for computer programmes because of the computer facility there
4) Does it mean that I should actually consider MMU Melaka instead of MMU Cyberjaya
5) But MMU Melaka also do not have diploma in CS, but only Diploma in IT

Soo, what do you suggest ? Thank you in advance
