Bikes for beginners

Hi fellow Sifus,

I am new to motorcycles. I am currently taking B Full riding lessons since it is much cheaper than having to go through B2 then to full B. The instructor advise me to first practice in the circuit using the ex5 with clutch before I move on to a bigger bike.

I am already 8 classes in and barely seeing any progression since I do not have a bike at home and the only time for me to practice riding is in the circuit when I am able to attend. Therefore, the instructor suggest that I should get a smaller CC clutch bike so that I can get some practice and experience with it.

I would like to hear your suggestions on which bikes and riding gears I should get?

I personally prefer bikes with fairings because they look cool. I wonder if Suzuki GSX R150 is a good beginner bike to start with. Please feel free to comment and give your suggestions here.

Thank you very much.
