Questions about fully remote job on LinkedIn

Hi, I came across a fully remote job published on LinkedIn, headquartered in Germany.
Company size is around 500 employees, but i checked their LinkedIn profile, no one works in KL. I think they are just starting in MY market.
In this case, how do these companies usually manage the employees EPF, SOSCO, KWSP, and etc ya?
Or it is normal that this type of remote job doesnt provide all these benefits?

Ancubic Botanical Defect

Does anyone here buy ancubic botanical property?
Defect fixing is taking forever. I have some crack on the ceiling, don't know need to fix or not. Because really don't feel like waiting any longer, we are
paying the rent for place we currently stay in, and also the new property. Damn sakit hati:/

Do you all usually fix all the defects only start renovating and move in?
According to the defect check team, the condition is actually 70% ok.

Need some advice for job hunting

I turned down a job offer from company A because they wanted me to reduce my notice period from two months to one month, of course I have to pay for the high penalty (managerial role) which I am not willing to pay.

I also had an offer from company B. They were okay with my two-month notice period, but I changed my mind before signing the contract. I learned from a friend’s friend (a former employee) that the company had unethical practices that conflicted with my values.

Now that I have quit my previous job, should I contact company A again? I heard that they are still hiring. Any HR here? What would you think/do if someone like me reach out to you? Still got chance? 🥹

Budget Garden Wedding

My sister would like to have a budget garden wedding, below RM30k, (about 50 guests only) her idea is to have something casual and light, maybe rent a villa with a backyard for the ceremony then order catering for our guests.

Not sure if any of you have similar experience? Would be good if you can recommend the below:

- catering
- wedding planner
- any other details that we need to take note on
- most importantly, the price. Hehe

She basically say yes to whatever boss ask. I feel frustrated sometimes, when boss does something that don’t even make sense, she will never question.

If you are one of those who is trying to ask me shut up and work because I should feel grateful for being tortured during this difficult time, I would like to say thank you but I wouldn’t take the advice.

I am looking for a more constructive feedback/insight, how do you get through this (forget about the difficult covid time).
