I got a feeling is battery or charger rosak only because it can&#39;t start and battery cannot charge also, however weirdly can turn on for about 1 second if i on while plug into charge, but then after that battery starts blink red light then dead again.<br /><br />I sent message to customer service asking about service centre and they inform me now their service centre under renovation until further notice and send me google form link to be put on waiting list. <!--emo&:facepalm:--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/doh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='doh.gif' /><!--endemo--> <br /><br /><b>Anyways, I wanna ask opinion on anyone who got send Tineco vacuum in for servicing before or even try to DIY repair it themselves before.</b><br /><br />Got any info on the delivery charges if send for service/return? And are these cordless vacuums hard to repair ah?
