i have house , last time i buy is RM153K , i get the loan from public bank: 130K.
now balance loan amount is 107K.

And after 5years, i refinance the house at same bank to reduce the BLR IN LAST 2YRS.
NOW I WANT TO SELL THE HOUSE AT RM238K

ANY TAX WILL CHARGE FROM GOV MAALYSIA? AND BANK WILL CHANGE ME OR NOT???

my acer 4740 is basic
intel HD graphic .
hardisk is 320g
ram 4g

my laptop got problem so reinstall window 7
and i forgot to back up some file.
then the window previous one(become old windows)
but i cannot open the file.
cause the folder show got 2g size file inside.
but when i open that folder is empty.

anyone can help me to get back the file?
