Is there somewhere a quite exhaustive checklist of entities/departments/etc... in order not to forget to update the residential address after MyKad has been changed at NRD?

On my end I've only listed the following but I'm sure I'm missing a few:
-JPJ MySikap and DL(must go to JPJ/UTC, cannot online),
-KWSP (only Correspondance address online, must go to EPF to change Permanent address),
-MyCukai, Hasil,
-banks,
-insurances,
-TnG/eWallets,
-Loyalty cards/memberships
-mobile Telco,
-employer

How to know Lot's land Zoning restrictions (DBKL)?

In https://iplan.townplan.gov.my/public/geoportal?view=zoning we can see each Lot on the map, and clicking on a Lot shows some details including "Guna Tanah Zoning" however it is usually empty.

How can one know whether it's Agri land that can be built, and the restrictions for building (only terrasse house allowed or possibly high rise condos)?

Long story short, unexpected stay at the hospital till early next week and won't be able to physically go cast my ballot for the GE.

Hi Garmin users!

Has anyone manage to get a replacement for a Garmin watch just after the warranty expired because their battery is notoriously defective?

Asia is not having a good customer support asking me to pay a lot for a replacement while I saw a link (for the US and other countries mostly in Europe) that offers free replacement (with refurbished one).

How to handle?
