Problem with PC CPU High Usage

Dear Computer Expert / Technician,

I am facing a problem with my desktop and would like to seek for kind advice during this MCO period.

Problem as below,,,,,,

- Desktop startup takes longer time than usual.
- Screen keep on blinking once startup finished.
- Mouse couldnt click on any icon on desktop, taskbar and etc.
- Open Task Manager with shortcut keys only, found High Usage for CPU which is usually.
- CPU usage with nothing running usually take 2-3% but today is 40-60% fluactuacting.
- No running program I have openend but all background activities consumed high usage CPU.
- Those running programme I can see from Window Explorer, but I cannot End Task from there, Access got Denied.

I have checked with all cables, nothing's wrong there. Is the background program I could say.

Please advise.

Laptop Battery "Plugged in , not charging"

Hi ,

Recently I have issue with my Dell laptop battery, it was unable to charge and discharge the power.
The laptop cannot work with battery plugged in, no power supply to the laptop. Has to plugged in adapter to start up.

Battery icon status shows "Plugged in not charging".

Can anyone advise regarding this matter ?
