Hey guys,

I'm currently in delima right now. I received a job offer from a European-based company, which is RM1.1k more than what I'm currently earning, with better benefits as well. The minus part, I'd have to drive 30 minutes more to my new workplace, and I'm gonna miss my colleagues, the good long working relationship with my superior, and the 'seniority' in the current company since I know their products, and customers inside and out. I'm indispensible, and this is priceless since I could basically talk my manager into anything. I'd have to start over from scratch if I move on.

My current job, is a small chinaman company with lots of overtime, standby etc. but without extra payment. There isn't much room for learning anymore as well. The job gets terribly boring and the pressure is high. The problem is, there will be performance evaluation on this month and bonus will be paid on March. The bonus could be 2 months salary, or it can be as low as 0.5 month if the management decided I don't do a good job.

If I tender my resignation now, considering this is a chinaman company, it's unlikely that they will pay the bonus. They will take it 'personally' somehow, and I've asked this question to my manager but he refused to answer. So, should I move on to the next company or wait for the bonus and let the opportunity go?

As the thread title, How to go to Sunway Pyramid using LDP from MRR2, I'm not familiar with that area, any helps would be appreciated. The only familiar landmark for me along the LDP is the Perabot store thingy, and One U.

Sorry if this sound too stupid, but I have no idea how things work on this property thingy.

I'm able to commit around 800 a month for loan repayment, I have 50k, and I'm 25. Planning to buy a house for a family of 4.

I wonder, would it possible to buy a house say at RM450k?
