Loud spin(?) noise from my laptop

Hello all, my 5 years old laptop make sudden loud noise when im doing my work yesterday. After I shut it down, it will still running and producing the sound until 4-5 minutes later it stop.
Information of my laptop:
Brand: Lenovo
Model: 80E1 G40-45
Processor: AMD A8-6410 APU

I could not determine whether it is the fan clogged or the hard drive getting bad. If the fan was the problem, then it will continue making the noise when im at home whereas when im at my working place, it will produce the sound until i have to shut it down. In the end, I could not pinpoint the main problem.

So I need an advice whether I should send it to repair or consider getting a new laptop with tight budget. Maybe I should try open it and see if the whats inside? I have no expertise on hardware.

Here's the sound of it
https://imgur.com/55NJrJJ
