Maxis Digi compatibility issues

Hey everyone, been experiencing many issues related to Maxis and Digi numbers.

Firstly, last month i started having silent calls with no dial tones when i called digi numbers, this got so bad that i had to switch to digi. My friends also had this issue calling digi users, even with the timer running it was silent.

Now i am in digi, no issues with calls anymore, but now a different issue.

When a maxis user sends me a text message, 3/5 times it would not be delivered to me, not just delayed.

This message failure is really irritating as i have people teguring me for ignoring them haha

Maxis blaming digi and digi blaming maxis

dont even know who to turn to anymore

Anybody have any advise on this message issue? I'm honestly sick of all these issues and sick of changing network again

Any help would be wonderful, im desperate.
