Details of the complaint :
bought a PS Vita 3G/Wifi value pack from seller, and send it for warranty claim on 25 Aug 2012, until now haven't have any news from them end up being cold disturbing or harrasing them for keep asking for status which they not giving me any status on claim.

On 20 Nov 2012 call for shop owner Tim Wong for status again, which he mention will call me for status no matter there is any status or not on 12 Nov 2012, but Tim Wong straightly told me not to call him again for status and just wait until he got answer from supplier with rude voice and hang up my calls.
On the same day i call him again to ask him properly, but he refused to pick up my calls.

thx for all the support here! after verified my set is HK set, i have called Tim, and he also admit that my set is HK set and will give try to give me a good news on my unit by tomorrow! and by hope it will be able to deliver my unit to me before the hearing on 7 Dec 2012, in worst scenario Tim mention, if he not able to give me the unit on before 7 Dec he requested to give him by 30 days start from today to deliver if still failed to give he will exchange the unit with new one! The hearing will still proceed as i hope Tim will promise this in front of the hearing later.

Resistance: Burning Skies is a unique Resistance experience developed specifically for PS Vita that takes full advantage of the system's dual analog sticks and features an all-new hero and story written by William C. Set in a tale of survival during the August 1951 Chimeran invasion of the East Coast, you take control of Tom Riley, an everyday firefighter from New Jersey who is thrown headfirst into the teeth of the Chimeran war machine, forcing him to redefine his notions of duty and heroism.

Gameplay:

Burning Skies will be the first ever first person shooter on a portable console that makes use of dual analog stick controls. Burning Skies also boasts competitive 8-player online multiplayer (4 v. 4) across 6 unique maps and 3 modes, including Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and another mode entitled "Survival". Resistance: Burning Skies also brings back a series staple in the weapon wheel, as well as traditional weapons like the Carbine, Deadeye, Auger, and Bullseye, the former two being Human weapons and the latter two being Chimeran weapons. guys, is there any1 who can let me know why my monitor cannot detect my cpu?

im using E3363 P5GC-MX1333 mobo, when i turn on my cpu normally the monitor will on but now the monitor shows "no signal detected" but when im using it on another cpu, it works perfectly...

can any of you help me, to let me know where is the problem that cause this?

Update: thanks for all the help from sifu here... finally i have find out what is the prob that causing my monitor won't have screen at all... it is because of 1 of my ram is not working anymore thats why there have a prob....

As much as we lament the butchered format of the new E3, it still provides publishers with a strong starting point for games that would otherwise generate little fanfare – I Am Alive is an appropriate example of this process. Though it looks promising in these first concept screens, this first-person adventure is still an unproven oddity among Ubisoft’s 2009 line-up. The game comes from 3D specialist Darkworks, the developer of Cold Fear and the unremarkable Alone In The Dark: The New Nightmare, but given that this is its first title in four years, we’re hopeful that the team has used the time to characterise I Am Alive beyond its high concept premise.

A devastating earthquake has rocked Chicago, levelling much of the city’s iconic scenery and leaving the panicked residents to deal with the fallout. Ordinary people are turning savage, just to procure a mere bottle of water (the subject of the game’s intriguing first trailer), while government aid is nowhere to be found.

You take the role of dully named Adam Collins, an ordinary chap turned freaked-out survivor in I Am Alive and general saviour of the city’s population. The obvious advantage of having an everyman in a starring role, of course, is we’ll have to see how far he’ll be pushed by these nightmare circumstances.

Adam isn’t alone in his messiahlike folk-hero antics, as he’s surrounded by a cast of well-raised do-gooders, including an ex-soldier, a female doctor (they do those? Arf!) and a wheelchair-bound fireman. Together, this party of people do their best to survive in Chicago, bringing survivors to their camp and avoiding the warring factions that have a chokehold on the city.

They also set objectives for Adam to follow – we’re unsure as to whether there will be a choice aspect in which tasks he can tackle, but I Am Alive is perhaps a game that will work better with scripted set pieces and a straightforward narrative. Besides, the game will force you to make morality choices. The aforementioned importance of water is key to this, as the survivors value it both as a currency and a commodity. You’ll face situations where sacrificing water will save the lives of you and others, or you’ll find weapons lying around that may not necessarily be the correct course of action. Such possibilities promise that I Am Alive will, at least, be structured differently to any game in recent memory.

Sure, the idea is pretty close to the PS2’s SOS: The Final Escape and the Wii’s more recent Disaster: Day Of Crisis, but expect I Am Alive to bring a more realistic tack to the disaster sub-genre. The fact that it’s set in an actual modernday city adds a layer of resonance that will, hopefully, translate into a Fallout 3-style eeriness. Some will deem the idea of using a real setting in the midst of a disaster as crass, but it’s not like movies have shied away from doing the same thing; the 9/11-inspired Cloverfield, for example, had a weird, skinny monster destroying Manhattan. I Am Alive aims to be as cinematic as a movie like Cloverfield, but with a humanity that is rare to the videogame medium.

Of course, the team could just as easily mess it all up and leave us with a Lost: Via Domus-style set of cross-eyed characters and water-for-fire stick trading oddities; without a single screenshot at our disposal, we’re left with a raw, if fascinating, set of ideas that are clearly vying for the survival horror crown. While we’re not entirely convinced by the developer’s background, we’re 100 per cent optimistic that the company will succeed in taking it.
