Change address after signed Letter offer and S&P

Just signed all the documents last Sunday then suddenly my family told me today that we're going to move to new house in early Dec.
Current address is being used in all documents (offer letter and S&P), and I believe it take some time to progress.

is Bank, Developer and Lawyer need to amend and reprint documents and I need to sign those documents again? and will it cause any cost?

Wifi connection preblem

im using window xp now, fews week ago my laptop suddenly cannot connect to my house own wifi, i can detect neighbour's wifi, somemore i can use my hp (se satio)to search and connect my house wifi...i tried to format my laptop but same thing happen..
last week i done error checking and finally i can search and connect my house wifi, but after i restart my laptop, same thing happen again..right now i have to do error checking everytime when i need to use it, sometimes have to do it twice time..
is it my hardware problem? since i still can search for others wifi network..

can anybody know where can learn those software around KL?
i got found many online education but i think it better teach by people rather than computer..
i want to learn CAD, Flash, photoshop, illustration etc...

can play dvd but got no sound..

i already install cineplayer as dvd decoder and update already but when i tried to play dvd, it can play and watch it but got no sound come out...
can anyine tell me what happen it is and how to fit it? thankz...
