So i purchased an item from a seller using Whatsapp...... After the purchase and confirm the transaction, the seller told me to pay RM250 for stamp fee because there is no stamp for my parcel. The seller said that they will refund RM250 when the parcel is received by me. When i ask the seller where is my parcel at, they just say on the way already. The seller use their personal courier and say the courier hold it because there is no stamp.
