If let say in my company there are total 200 employees, but only 50 are office staffs in various departments (account, HR, costing, purchasing, logistic, R&D, etc). Among these 50 staffs, only 7 are in managerial post either Asst Manager or Manager. So who actually included in the 30% management staffs term as stated in MITI's SOP that allowed to be in office? Is it from whole 50 staffs only 30% (16 persons) or only from those 7 managers (2/3persons) while the rest 43 staffs 100% can work in office? How about you guys?
