Travelling from KL to Sabah and Sabah back to KL

Good day y'all. I myself is a Sabahan, currently working in Selangor. So recently my grandpa felt ill back in my hometown at Sabah and everyone is busy in their essential line of work, I have to go back and take care of him. I've tried to search up and called to many parties but it seems everyone is unclear and not sure what's the proper procedure on this. I do in fact know for one I can go back as the Sabah governor allows we Sabahan to go back at our own will. But what should I prepare in advance even before booking the air ticket? Also assuming I was able to go back and take care of my grandpa till he was well enough, is there any reason that I can use to come back to Selangor? My job is kinda work from home based but sometimes I may need to go and visit my client in Klang Valley. But due to it's not essential and we haven't get our MITI approval yet, is it okay if I were to just return here after all is well back there? If anyone had experience travelling back and forth to Sabah please let me know. Needed to prepare for going back soon.

House grounding issue

After 2 days of not using my pc, today I tried opened and it doesn't start up. The LED on the MOBO actually lights when the power supply is on, but when I press the start button, nothing happens as if something is broken. So I thought maybe some parts are fused or something, as soon as I got it onto the pc shop, it opens like no problem. So then we suspect is was a grounding issue in my house. My housemate believe there was a lightning struck very near to our house yesterday. So now I have no idea what should I do, call TNB or outsource electrician? I doubt they will kept saying it was my pc problem lol. Just so you guys know that I am using a high end pc so totally no cheap parts. I tried googled everywhere but can't seems to find any solution. Please help!

TLDR
1. PC only cannot be opened in my house (MOBO lightning on but start button nothing happens).
2. PC can be opened in PC shop and 2 of my friends house
3. Tried using direct plug and tried all socket in my house, still doesn't work.
4. Had used a different plugging wire, results are as above.

Agent choice

Recently I’ve got a property loan approved. But I honestly don’t like the services from this developer staff, hes not responsive and often time doesn’t update me anything new, has to wait till me ask him all the time. Now I had an agent from another agency (not directly developer staff) approached me and do provide me with some insights and quite helpful all the time. This particular agent actually did offer me some incentive if I sign the property under him instead. Actually is there any difference signing directly under developer staff or another agent from another agency?

New build suggestion

First time builder here, did my survey around lowyat plaza the other day and came out with my own specs:

Ryzen 7 3700X
MSI Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super Ventus OC
Kingston HyperX 16 GB 3200
ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F
DT-240 A10
Thermaltake Smart Bx1 RGB 750W
ADATA SSD 960GB

I can pick up these parts in shopee around RM5.3k without casing and wifi card yet, would appreciate if someone can offer me any paid installation service.
This is ultimately used for gaming, and I wanted to see if the graphic card is capable to run Watch Dogs legion at this requirements while having high performance and fps.

4K / Ultra Settings
CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K / AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti or AMD Radeon VII
VRAM: 11 GB
RAM: 16 GB (Dual-channel setup)
Storage Space: 45 GB (+ 20 GB HD Textures Pack)
Operating System: Windows 10 (x64)

Any open suggestion is welcomed

Some problems with current job

I've been working as a salesperson for almost half a year in this foreign company that supply very specific chemicals to industrial sized factory to produce polymer products. I was actually an engineer graduate and knowing that many seniors had told me working in production/process engineering field would cost your life, I was fortunate enough to find myself a very flexible salesperson job by selling these chemicals.

So 5 months in, I'm starting to doubt if I'm suitable for the job (though first 3 months is probation, we are prohibited to find prospects because due to inexperience of our products). Don't get me wrong, I love seeing new people and making new connections, because primarily I myself love this kind of exposure cause they might be able to help me in my future establishment.

Perhaps I myself wasn't that great at sales cause I was ultimately an engineer graduate anyway. But there are certain issues with the company as well I would like to point out:
1. Very expensive product - as my company is foreign company, we often doesn't have ready stock and shipping them would add in a lots of additional fees, causing the price of our product cannot compete with local company that is providing the same material.
2. Passive market - my very own supervisor is a foreigner himself so he thought the way of how our market operate is the same as the market in their country. Many time my senior (a local) had told him that Malaysian market don't really care about value or quality, and I can agree to that because most of the customer I've met literally wants the same thing - cheap. Don't care about how good the quality is if the price is high, literally asking for some high end stuff with low price.
3. Insufficient information of our product - what would you think if some salesman approach you asking to you test out a certain product but he can't even tell you how much would it cost? That is just my current scenario, we have in hands some products from overseas that our supervisor kept pushing us to promote but he can't provide us for the price of product and has delayed on doing so for few months.
4. Hot-headed supervisor - as our company is quite new in here, corporate did not set us monthly target sales. Though our supervisor always push us to make sales by promoting a huge quantity of products that just isn't right to certain prospects. One is that majority of the customer already has a firm supplier and cause of our price they don't want to try and change. Two is that the consumption is just very low for example they can use 100 kg of chemical for a year but my supervisor wants us to sell in more than a tonne of chemical to them in one go which often time doesn't make sense.
5. Problem with stock - no ready stock as mentioned earlier, part of the reason is that our chemical has an expiry date which often can last 1-2 years after importing. Corporate are not willing to import a steady set of stock in here for us to do sales, instead if some customer really wanted to buy our chemical, they would have to pay a redundant amount of price because of the shipping and duty fees etc.

On another side is my very own issue with some previously encountered client that kinda demotivates me:
1. Very rude and disrespectful customer - very typical ones, direct hang up, not interested, even some likes to insult.
2. Fake hope giver - they pretend they very interested in whatever you have to offer, next follow up just a week after, they totally forget who you are and won't even talk to you.
3. Fake hope giver 2 - they tested out your chemicals, find it satisfying to their condition, you quote them and for weeks you had been following up, in the end all they said is sorry we not interested anymore.
4. Super delayer - you had given all the information and even samples, they promised they will be reading and doing testing. For months, they just kept delaying you week by week till the end I already feel like giving up.
Don't get me wrong once again, I know this is what a salesperson would typically go through but if there was results I would definitely not be a cry-baby about it. Just that after all these I still feel like I haven't been achieving anything, not for the sake of company but for the sake of my own morale and mental.

Now is for my very own concern, should I quit after exactly one year of working if it continues to go on like this? I am very concerned about my KPI in this company because if I plan to switch to another company doing the similar thing, my resume won't be as good because my KPI wasn't established nicely. My seniors did told me bout their experience is that they took a very long time and even up to two years connecting with the same client just to get very little sales from them, which I do get we should not be picky about the amount of sales we are achieving. But not getting anything in consecutive months really just demotivates me and let me think I ain't that great in doing sales and also I feel kinda useless at some point.

So here I am seeking information and advice here, hopefully I can get some very good insight and cheerful advice from experienced salesperson.
