Waited hours to get into "live chat" after write a lot of random message to get past "Ava".

Then once the CS ask me to wait because they're checking, the chat "Time out" after a few minutes. Seriously? System designed that way?

Second time, I keep write message to make sure the chat does not "Time out".

Then the CS staff disconnected me.
