I have a proton waja. A car that has not given any issues what so ever. But recently there were sounds whenever taking corners as well car vibrates a little. A mechanic said that engine mounting need to be changed. I dont know whether this is true?

Another is issue is that sometimes engine rams after changing gear esp when change higher gear when car does not pick up but rpm goes up after some time car picks up. Some one told me it is a clutch plate problem.

Neither of this parts have ever been changed. Any idea how much in total would this repairs cost as i dont wanna get duped.

Sifu's helps is appreciated.

Thank you

Iswara vibrating at 100km/h

Hi sifu's out there,

Im using a iswara sedan 1.5s manual. Its a great car. Works fine. Just at 100km/h the steering starts vibrating. I changed my rims which were dented last year from 13" to 15"(second hand)

My tyres are worn out and planning to go get brand new tyres this week. Would balancing/allignment and new tyres solve the problem? or it can be something else?

After changing my rims i also relized that when i brake the vibrates as well i mean from speeds like 80km/h? what can be the cause? Should revert back to small rim size?

need help any pointers would help. Thank you

iswara car timing unstable

Hi to all masters and sifu's out there,

I have a 7 year old iswara 1.5s Manual iswara. This car has served me well and has been running good.

As i started doing some freelance work it required me to travel up to 150km a day. Petrol was a killer thus i changed to NGV. It has been great using ngv. Recently i also added Power Steering set as my car came without it to make travelling and PARKING a piece of cake. Since i installed power for god knows what reasons my car has been giving problems which i have solved and left with only one.

PROBLEM:

My car has not been started or used with petrol for over 5 months and when i tried using it recently there has been unstable movement on my rpm meter. It was also hard to start with gas or petrol recenly so i changed my spark plugs now its better.

The unstable movement of timing when using petrol is bothering me. When driving with petrol i also relize that the rpm tends to stay high and not drop when i press clutch and causes car to jerk due to the rpm i guess

I have been reading the problem can be due to broken air filter box? Mine is lil cacat as well...Will changing this solve the problem?

Another thing unstable rpm does not occur when using NGV . Timing and car runs fine on NGV but not when using Petrol. There is also little pinking sound from engine when using petrol but not when using NGV.

Also any idea how to make my ride quiet ?

I drive alot and will like to have a problem free car.

Guys im just a student in local university and running on tight budget any way anyone here can suggest reasonable way to fix my car? Not cheap work but reasonable which will fix my problem..

I will really appreciate it.

Sorry for the long essay above.

Thank you

How do i kick start my band into a biz..

Hi there,

Me and my friends have just decided to set up our own band...But the problem is we have got no idea how to get started...
The instruments in this bands are Bagpipes and Dhol(Punjabi drum), jazz drums, keyboard and guitar.
Most of the band members are actually members of a well known bands and we are really good in what we do. We would like to promote our new band and hope to be given a chance for performance in events. We are all profesional performing artist and have performed for World Drum Festival and various other events in Malaysia as well overseas such as in Jakarta, Perth, Vancouver and Singapore(for different bands). Now we have formed a fusion band which is completely unique and assure you that you have never seen or heard anything like this before. We combinne the great sound of the Great Highland Bagpipes with the Bhangra beat of the Dhol as well as Jazz drum to create complete fusion of celtic/scottish with traditional Dhol beats which will definately make you move. Just for your information, we have about 9 to 10 years experience performing in nearly every type of event. We perform for all kinds of events such as weddings, annual dinners, corperate events such as VIP escorts, concerts and etc.

We are just testing out something new and probably something you and everyone have never come accross. A new fusion band with something new to offer. Purely something creative out from our own minds.

Thats roughly what we do...I got no idea how to get gigs nor have contacts since all my previous shows were always handled by the band managers..... they still want me play for them but i feel its time i get my own biz of my own rather than just playing for someone else...

Probably this is a new case for you guys but any POSITIVE feedback and advice wil be much appreciated.Thanks.

hie there.

I can teach any science subject with no problems in English and even BM for pmr and upsr level. I have tutored students at spm level and all of them scored excellent results in subjects that i thought primarily physics, biology, chemistry. My pmr students also which i took up responsibility to teach this year are awaiting results and hope to see good fantastic results just as shown in their trials which they got straight A's.

I have been training/tutoring international students from Alice Smith School for the past 2 year after my STPM.The tutoring subject is music especially bagpiping since i have about 9 years experience in playing the bagpipes since i was 12+ years old.

If anyone out there where your kids require any form of help in form of tutoring i will be glad to him/her with flexible timing and simple teaching techniques.

Thank you!

Paramjit singh
(017 2211477)
