joined this cena company on 2019 April as an I.T cum HR with basic salary rm1900 .
no promote , no bonus , only cikit salary increment , now pay is rm2300

this cena man company has kilang at bukit minyak , melaka , johor kl , thailand , hong kong , and some said at us pun ada , but in this 2 years +
i never get any job that related with US .
my job is to ensure all kilang cctv , computer , firewall ,network , email , internet is working .
im working alone and no people help me , at the end company refuse to hired another I.T person to help with my work.
and some more have to settle boss personal / boss family I.T issue .

there's really 0 work life balance with this company , staff can message or text you and ask you why this and that ,
they don't care what time and what day , especially Thailand staff , they like to call or message using WeChat at midnight 12am to ask you
why my email like this or that , or why my laptop wifi cant connect .
or local staff will call and ask some stupid question at 3am in the morning,
if you didn't entertain them and they complain , boss will shout at the next day if you and said : why you didnt reply message or pickup call when people call you?!:

some more hire a stupid manager to manage hr team zzzz

fine lo , as an I.T , already expected that might need to standby 24hour to work , but some time they even bother me at Saturday Sunday ....
even taking a nap at Saturday Sunday afternoon, 1whatsapp message and you will need to sit in front of computer to help them resolve their issue ....

when company shut down due to MCO , all staff salary was force paycut by company , 15%/30%/50%
boss tepuk dadah said : we are sorry to cut your salary ,as business are not good ,we have no choice but to paycut salary,but we are boss so we deduct 50%, we must stay together and get thru this :

after that i found out that on the 1st paycut month , one of the bosses salary form rm38k increase to rm45k ,
another 2 boss buy new house , renovate house , buy new car ,not just 1 car , but few unit car, JCW/BM/Porches/Lexus...
and they still get full pay while all staff get paycut

all above are still fine with me , the things that i really cant accept is when covid case is getting worst...

everyone work from home , i have to stay at office everyday to support , until today i also dont know what is the feeling of work from home ....

when covid hit factory and foreigner worker get covid, they ask me to drive the foreigner worker who suspected covid positive to do test at lab/clinic ,

if the result are positive , i have to drive them and move them to another hostel , and lie to clinic or kkm who call and said all of them are infected in 1 hostel ....

i ask management what if i get infected by covid due to this ? will company bear all the cost while im in hospital or if i ever get any side effect after recover ?

they just keep quite until today and didnt even came out with an policy ....

I'm currently working as an I.T in a recycle company under HR&Admin department due to this company don't have I.T Department, been working for 2 years already , don't have any problem with management or EX manager.

since last year December , a new manager join and i was under her.
the 2nd day she come in , she said to me
#i have review your resume , and i feel that your English is bad and you are not really educated#
#i feel that you don't have the skill and knowledge to handle your current work#
#i feel that you don't have any contribution to this company#
#for your works , i can find 3rd party vendor to do it#

when i try to report my work to her , she will tell me:
i don't know about your work , you self go arrange or I'm not familiar with I.T work i cant help you...etc.

since the 1st day i join this company , i really do settle so many problem ,

you name it i solve it.

and it not just 1 brunches , Penang, KL, Johor, Melaka, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong ,
soon Philippine and Vietnam and i did it all alone.
even management house I.T issue i also go and help them solve it.

i feel like wan to quit and become freelance to do IT job ,
but according to current economy and due to this covid issue , I'm really scare to step out.

please gave me some advice , should i just leave this company and start my new carrier path or pretend like i don't care and wait until the economy become stable ?

foreigner worker covid test due date

government has announce that all foreigner worker has to do covid-19 test after January 1st 2021 (compulsory) ,
but i didn't see any due date mention , only mention that will saman rm1k if didn't do the test....the saman also didn't even mention is per head count or per company...

anyone read about news that stated due date for the test ?
if not can just delay and delay until kkm or who ever ask for it lo.
