Condo Noise bylaw?

Unit 2 floors above me was noisy, son playing music loudly. Thought it was the unit directly above me but nobody lives there, then found out it was 1 floor higher. Made a complaint to management, showed them video. Confronted the father to ask him to turn the music down. He admitted his son was playing music but kept saying "It's not that loud", until I told him "I recorded everything and even showed the manager" he then says "Ok ok, I'll buy foam to put on the floor." Luckily 1 of the manager took action, complained and warned that if they continue she'll complain to the higher ups.

Been a few weeks now, but today heard loud music again. I slept in the morning 7 AM got woken up at 3 PM by someone using autotune lol(probably the son). Went and set my camera and mic up to record then heard someone knocking on the door loudly above then the music stopped (think it was the father). Few minutes later they started arguing, heard a loud bang then the son started shouting "JUST LEAVE, JUST LEAVE! I DON'T WANNA LIVE HERE ANYMORE." No more music for the day after that.

Can't wear ear-plugs because tinnitus go "EEEEEEEEEEEE". Also the son is just a teenager, so he'll probably still live here lol. Unsure if they own the property/just renting.

So assuming the worst case scenario happens(loud music again), what happens if I complain and the manager takes it to the higher ups? Do they get fined? How does the Strata Management Act work?

Anyone here have experience with this, as a lawyer/resident?
