Management Trainee Programme for Talented Ones?

Heya, im a fresh grad and i've been noticing there are some management programmes offered by some international companies to train young talents mainly in the field of business. Wonder if anyone applied for the post of management trainee or any idea related to the programmes in S'pore Airlines, Meltwater or Marcus Evan?

Well as far as i can see they all offered very attractive remuneration packages to those successful ones. Of course, i believe the outstanding ones will be offered the job.

Basically, questionaires below are some questions that need to be completed upon application for the post by an international company.. do you think u can answer that? I think it's pretty cool...
