hi everyone!

so for some reason my mechanical keyboard started to act up this morning. i’m still very new to learning about mechanical keyboards and also very new to owning one. i started of really simple, someone recommended to start will Royal Kludge so i currently own a RK987a. it’s a dual mode keyboard which means it supports bluetooth.

i have already tried resetting it to the factory settings and pairing the keyboard again but here is where the issue comes in. the keyboard refuses to pair with my device. i’m out of options, i have googled endlessly.

my last resort is wondering if anyone has had this issue before or if anyone is experienced with RK keyboards and if they can lend a hand D;
