My friend sell his lorex online, serious buyer contact, ask for so many thing and request so many photo over several day
Finally strike a deal, transferred the money to my friend and come pick his lorex

Everything done. My friend so happy

After a few day, a fella call my friend to ask for copy of IC and want to come his house to let him sign document
Last2 find out is a loan lender. They show my friend the loan transfer slip

Now my friend hailat liao
But i think this ah long also victim, scam by tat fello who pick up the lorex

Like that also can work ar? New method ar?

Guys, can you share your experience of having WPC/SPC flooring balcony? especially those who installed it at outdoor, meaning direct under the sun/rain

Im turning the top area of my car porch into a balcony (without roof), wondering shall I install the clean, neat and durable conventional cermaic mosaic, or the beutiful modern looking wpc floor decking.

Does anyone regret about installing wpc and changed it back into ceramic tile out there?

How to cancel the booking and get full booking fee refund ha?

I buy tv, survey many shops hope to get cheap 1 and best deal, and found a best buy at shop A

When my survey continue, this shop B i walk in suddenly give me better price same model. I fast2 swipe card full payment, even the shop said no ready stock and have to wait for 2 weeks

After 2 weeks, shop B called and told me no more stock, got to cancel the purchase

I go back shop A, they said increase price already (10+% kot) and now have to buy with higher price

how ha? can I ask shop B pay me back the difference because breach contract?

When you ask property agent to look for tenant to rent your property, did you encounter agent who keep on asking you for your S&P agreement copy, not the whole agreement, but certain particular pages like the signed page and etc?
Asking for pic inside the property ok can understand, but why need S&P copy? For what?

I want to buy a property, but i also found out from kpkt.gov website that the developer is 'sakit' and the particular projek that i am interested is also 'projek perumahan sakit'

I checked the 'sakit' defination, and it mean ' Projek yang mengalami kelewatan melebihi 30% berbanding kemajuan yang sepatutnya atau telah tamat tempoh Perjanjian Jual Beli'

However, I went to the site, the houses and roads and more or less there, at least it seems completed to a layman like me. I also see lots of renovation on going, meaning quite a lot units already purchased and owners are renovating, some even already staying there.

My SA told me the projek supposed already completed more than 2 years back.

So, what do you sifu2 think the risk of mine is there if i go ahead with this property, besides the 24m warranty period that already lapsed?
