Got Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, 512GB pre-order unit last year at RM4199

Now for almost 1 month, Samsung Malaysia official website listed it at RM2199(even though it's out of stock)

During 12.12, my friend got it at RM2199 (Lazada)

Damn it, 1 year price dropped almost double.

Another example, currently Samsung A71 new at: RM1400, used unit with warranty at RM1000(Carousell)

Unlike iPhone, the price is way much better after a year of usage.

It's really like being a fool to buy Samsung/Android phone when it's launched.

iPhone 11 or iPhone X or iPhone XR

Currently using Samsung Note 10+

Thinking to use iPhone (as main phone) in 2021.

A friend of mine bought an used iPhone from CompAsxx, it's very good quality and certified pre-owned with 1 month warranty.

So, currently have 3 choices in mind:

1) iPhone 11, 64GB (RM2899 new or RM2329 used)

2) iPhone X, 64GB (RM1379, used)

3) iPhone XR, 64GB (RM1429, used)

Looking at the price, it seems like used iPhone X or XR is a saving money choice. With around RM1k+ saving.

What is your suggestion?

I am: 3x years old, male, single

Have been working from home for many years. Joined a co-working space 3 years ago.

I have literally no close friends in my life.

Those school/college friends rarely communicate with them.

Since these 2 weeks at home(every 2 days go buy some groceries at 99 speedmart), I feel lonely and literally no interaction with people.

1) Is there any way I can have some friends in life? Some of my so called friends previously when they called me they just introduce things/plans to me which I don't entertain.

2) I have used a few dating apps, but not many girls are in my lists. And mostly just: hi, morning message.

Stealing office letters

I just saw a woman putting her hand in the postal box to pull out the letters in my office tower. She did it a few times and successfully pull a pile of letters.

The postal box isn't from my company.

I intend to ask her why she wants to do this.

Actually will we consider busy body to ask people?

*I don't want to get myself trouble as previously I did something good in the office by informing a senior of mine regarding an investment which I know is scam and I told him it is scam. Ended up he still put money in and got scammed. Now he doesn't even look or talk to me in the office.

Living with family vs move out?

I am 34 years old, male, single, self-employed, IT industry

Currently living with my family.

The house belongs to my father who already passed away.

House currently live with:
- my mother
- sister and her husband
- me

Sometimes, I will have quarrels with my sister(some small things, etc).

I find that I am constantly interrupting or put too much energy for my family matters(sometimes it is just tiny little things).

I have a thought to move out and rent a room as I find that I am already 34 years old.
My house maybe my comfort zone as well.

I have two apartments that already rented out.

I am thinking to rent a room outside and have my personal life.

I will go back and have dinner with my mother once a week.

Is it a wise idea to live alone? Since my family is in KL and living outside is a waste of money? My friend told me economy is not so good now, don't waste the money.

Any thoughts?
