After half year, a big THANK YOU, there are alot of candidates/angel investors that are interested and did a really good discussion with us. We are happy to have 2 business (1 in Bandung & 1 in Kelantan) get going during this period especially MCO, super tough and crazy moments. We know it is alot to adapt especially discussing business through online at first, then only meet-up and go further into details, but we thank you for your time and patient if youre not part of the team in the end, we do hope we can sort some partnership/ work something out in future ! *fyi Uber started on twitter too*

Ok , anyway , recession is with us , no matter what. For some, this means bad, but not for us, we still see alot of different opportunities out there, and we will try to grow together with our partner & investors. Currently me myself is focused on luxury real estate as side business during this recession, i would like to expand my hand onto 4th and 5th income, 1 small (Fashion & Design, Apparel sector, 3D printer sector, packaging sector) and 1 bigger businesses (Agriculture sector). Project 1 : Small business
Field : Fashion & Design sector mix F&B sector
Start-up Capital : RM120,000.00 (serve up to 3-month)
Business Engine : Brick & Mortar as base
Business Aim : Developing stable cash flow

Project 2 : Bigger Business
Field : Agriculture
Start-up Capital : Pending
Business Engine : Supplier & Logistics
Business Aim : Getting niche market share
Progress : Acquiring 60 acre of land in total (by Oct 2020)

Anyway , Thank you for reading this post. Please please please stay safe and sound. Work hard Grind hard! I am still young , balance lifestyle is not for us yet, but as investor like you, we admire your cashflow and your net asset. For starting line, we born from poor/moderate family, but luckily we get to grind to become rich.

Please be advise this is extremely risky, not rewarding, fatigue, full of disappointment, lame, and boring.

Due to small business, please do not expect having gross profit of nice high figures or big volume of sales.
Currently i would like i share out one of the business research i did.
The startup capital will be small, wont be exceeding 6 figure, rest assured.
No fancy or big renovation needed.
Having 2 location shortlisted (but still in observation in terms of traffic, population, demographic, etc , as i said , its boring as hell)

Aims to make it into passive, slow, but most importantly stable income as the business startoff.
The profits will be shared accordingly to partner who involved and sleeping partner. (the more contribution gets more, fair and square)
Able to join for discussion and updates each months (reports, improvements, domestic problems, internal affairs, etc),
dont be dead sleeping, we want to let sleeping partner know the cash flow.

If things and criteria suits after working together on previous business, we will let you know more about other business that are either in need for funding/talents/partnership/sponsorship. So you can continue your "part 2" with other business, having to expand your stable passive income to improve your own cash flow. Grow together , why not ?

Lastly : It will be ideal for you to invest in small amount (roughly 10-100k) , please not in millions billions as we are not planning to be unicorn startup or tesla, we dont have Elon Musk here. We are not "go big or go home" type, we take things serious and slow, and steady, sorry if you're looking to big business, there's no "shark tank" in Malaysia, we got Jho Low tank only.
