Hi,

I recently applied for a 3 bedroom apartment but loan rejected. Looking for a banker to help me with the loan approval.

I currently have housing loan with

1) Maybank
2) Public Bank
3) RHB Bank

Looking to buy the 4th house. All are for investment purposes.

Hi, I can only qualify for 70% (LTV70 symptom) nowadays.. Is it possible to pay the remaining 30% (around 50k lets say) with my credit card provided that I have the limit?

How does it work though? If I can get FPP for 0% that would be even better.

HOC2019 and MOT question

I bought a condo unit for about 400k under Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2019 last year.

As far as I understand it, I saved

- Stamp duty on S&P (around 9k?)
- Stamp duty on Loan Agreement (around 2k?)

My problem is that I am not sure if I still need to pay for MOT (or the stamp duty involved in signing MOT). Have anybody who already signed MOT know the answer to this?
