Condo Cctv not function

Dear all,

As per topic, I need the cctv footage as evidence for an accident that happened just in front of a cctv in condo area.

However the mgmt said the cctv not functioning, unable to get footage.

Is there anything I can do? Sue management? Report dbkl / police for them unable to provide evidence?

Please advise.

Every month pay mgmt fee also don't know for what.

Wanna ask opinion. Is it normal will happen or workshop problem?

Sent my car to change oil filter adapter o-ring due to leaking, then was told valve cover gasket also leaking. So I double confirmed, just change these will solve the leaking at engine oil side? And the boss and foremen said yes, although I was told the fly wheel oil seal and atf gasket & filter also leaking. I said settle this part first others will fix later.

After replaced 1 week, the engine oil still leaking. Went back and was told need change oil filter cos removed before when replacing the adapter o-ring. OK went home and get a new filter and went back to workshop to replace the following week. 3rd week, engine oil still leaking but very small quantity. Went back to check, leaking at oil filter o-ring, I was asked, its your oil filter right? Is it original genuine oil filter? I said yes, original. Then they removed the oil filter to check whether is it original, is the oil filter defective, even asked me is it new filter.

After removed and checked the oil filter, they told me leaking actually from oil sum. If leaking from oil filter not suppose to leak like that. So they asked me how, do you want to install back the current oil filter.

I was like WTF, if this is not oil filter leak condition, then why straight removed the oil filter? Why before this cannot see got leakage at oil sum.
