Problem with Panasonic air conditioner

Anyone know how to solve this problem?

I am having problem with one of the 1HP air conditioner unit from Panasonic. Problem started after about one month after installation.
It seems that it is noisy when the air swing is allow to swing.
Their technicians have made 5 attempts to rectify the problem and till now, the problem still persist.
It seems that they are using trial & error method. Every time, when they come, just apply some grease onto the moving parts and the next time, come and change the air vent. After using for a few days, after the grease dries up, the noise comes back.
Now, the warranty is about to expire...

Written to their Customer Care dept, then they called and want to try to apply grease and replace the air vent again. Really don't know when all these trial & error will end and problem solve.

Really regretted installing the Pana aircon. Some more went and installed 4 units. Include the older set (2 years ago), so, in total 5 units.
WTA - Anyone know how to DIY repair?

A close friend of mine asked me recently if there is a way to repair the defective furniture. It is a coffee table where the rounded edge is starting to crack from beneath the surface. It looks like the curve surface is starting to give way or something that sort. The coffee table is only less then 4 months old.

How to DIY the repair or anyone can repair on the spot? At least this could avoid having to transport to the shops, etc.

[attachmentid=2515421]

In the process of looking for a replacement point-of-entry (POE) outdoor water filter, I came across this filter that is being sold in Jusco outlets. - UE-tec

- The filter comes in 2 different tank materials - FRP tank and Vacuum moulding polymer tank.
- There is an option of auto or manual backwashing
- The filter comes in various flow rates (thus the different in tank sizes)

You can refer to this link for more information. www.ue-tec.com

Does anyone have problem in using UE-tec outdoor filter?
Would like to know of any honest negative feed back if there is any.
