The Aero 15 classic I bought come along with Windows 10 pro version 64 bits. Which impeccable. The spec, i7-9750H, 16 GB Ram (2 slot maximum 64 GB), 15.6 Thin Bezel LG 144hz 1920 x 1080 IPS anti-glare display LCD, GTX 1660TI, 512 GB Samsung SSD NVME PCIE (2 slot M2 SSD Type 2280. Support 1 NVME PCIE & SATA/1x NVME PCIE).

1. It Come with Original Gigabyte Specific Control Center, enable user to monitor dashboard, some manage features which I haven’t discovered yet, will update in future, fusion (keyboard RGB control, Fan control and lastly one of the brilliant convenient setting smart utility, allow me to download latest driver , the smart USB backup allow me backup files inside my laptop before doing factory reset and etc.

2. Build-in Microsoft Azure AI (Enabled download from Gigabyte supporting page / Control Centre), Yes a lot people were confuse what is Microsoft AZURE AI, so do I, I take a few quick review and skipping all those detail word and conclude that , Microsoft Azure AI tweak and analyze my machine depending on what apps / software/ gaming (real time ) I was doing.

3. Slim Design, aluminum hood with slash of carbon fiber from the hinge side, and hard plastic body I guess, but still it feel solid and allow me open up the laptop with one finger, no doubt for the case build quality, but one thing make me feel annoying is the aluminum hood collect fingerprints like an album.

4. Surprisingly the Weight, only 2.2KG, and thin, (0.74 inch) refer from Gigabyte official webpage, but personally, I’m satisfied with this size and spec in this weight, could not believe how those heavy loader part squeeze in a 15.6 inch laptop.

5. Touch pad just fine, but preferred with buttons design, still its cool and comfortable when using during travelling

6. The Keyboard, feel compact and squeezing all button together, take time to get used to it, especially accidently click number pad 1 ,2 ,3 when clicking arrow left. The keyboard come with RGB light, it could be control (pattern and color from the software (Control Center - Fusion)

7. The Ports, RJ 45 x1, USB 3.1 Gen 2 x3 , HDMI 2.0 x1 , USB Type- C x1, Mic & Headphone port x1, Security lock slot x1, Power Jack x1 , Thunder port 3.0 x1, and most importantly full size SD card Slot.

8. certified display by pantone, but the version I had is 144hz 1920 x 1080 IPS only it feel abit dull even maximize the screen display brightness and some difficulty of reflection light when directly expose under the light. Overall, its comfortable using when designing and editing and it have 117 % of sRGB color spectrum, good enough for me when color collaborating photos.

9. The nose camera were located under the monitor, although awkward location, but it does have a 720p quality, only using it when designing Virtual Mirror AR app, but still might help when collaborating angles.

10. Temperature for this laptop just fine, maximum come up to 75~82 degree when rendering, and 20-35 when idle (room without air conditional) as it will goes higher when it use longer in the future, replacing thermal paste is a recommendation after 3 years of using it, to keep the laptop life span longer, some articles said the performance and temperature will get improve when using Microsoft Azure AI for intelligent tweaking, might update more review in future.

11. Killer doubleshot pro Ethernal card, overkill for the same class, 696 Mbit/s from notebookcheck.net as personal experiences I feel surprise when downloading profile from google drive, extremely fast as I never experiences when downloading using WIFI.

12. The Audio was loud, clear mid tone and high, but nearly no bass as I heard. But it wasn’t the main things I concern, usually I plug with headphone / earphone.

13. The battery life, was dope, 94.24 WH large capacity battery, allowing me web browsing and video streaming around 6-7 hours. But for browsing (mostly market watch, news reading, sneaking through websites) 8 to 9 hours, wasn’t an issue. For gaming and editing, maximum 3 hours until it pops out, don’t you feed me or I shut down everything you are doing.

14. The charger adapter is commonly heavy and bigger size but consider GTX 1660ti and i7 H series processor, this is acceptable.

15. Overall, this laptop is perfect for me, in 2019. With a little bit higher price compare to others brand model.
