Passby Dato Senu Sentul and notice the piece of land infront of Bayu Sentul fenced up and saw the Sky Awani 5 residence signage.

Wondering the 1 lane up and down to Dato Senu is can cater the high rise. Although they are building another access road in front of Bayu Sentul to Jalan Kampong Dalam but yet Jalan Kampong Dalam too is 1 lane up and down....

How many types of metal roof available?

I read some articles and revews said metal roof is noise especially during heavy rain and heat absorption is another cons.

Anyone installed and mind to share your experience?

Bought the house last year October and finally got the key before Raya this year.

This is a more than 40 years old single storey house in one of the old community and hence it needs a massive transformation by demolish almost 90% of the structure to rebuild.

We dont need a big house so we intend to build a 3R + 3B 1.5 storey

The approval of drawing from authority took almost 1.5 months to get approval and after talked and discussed with few contractors, the work finally started early of the month.

1. To guarantee the wiring, piping is as per local authority
2. To guarantee no termite
3. To guarantee free from flood
4. To guarantee all build in cabinet and electrical appliances is working

I am wondering should the seller guarantee to make sure his wife get pregnant when move in?

Due to loan rejection, developer requests to provide them at least two letters from diff bankers stated the reason of rejection in order to make refund.

However, banks refuse to provide.
