first of all , It has been a dogged past week for me battling for control over my accounts and online persona with the malicious hacker [@Jiao2 Itchy].

after a protracted online tussle I have finally managed to seize control of this id timidandslow, but who knows how long it will last before hackers regain superiority over me. I want to take this opportunity to clear up some confusion and misunderstanding.

Q: there are some who allege that your real world name is "soo tiannan" (who shall hereby be refered to as the Third Party. are these allegations true ?
A: this is 100% false . I am not sootienann in real life. and I have no knowledge of this person.

Q: those same people also claim that your brother is " soo tien hong" who works in genting . how do you respond to these allegations ?
A: again this is fake. again I do not know this person soo tien hong. again I have never heard of this name before.

Q: but then how do you explain the huge amount of evidence presented by jiao2 and others linking your id "timindandslow" to the Third Party ?
A: its all a ruse. the hacker jiao2 itchy had previously gained control over my id many days ago. he then used my id to post doctored evidence linking me to the Third Party. my suspicion is that he logged in using my id at un known point in time and fabricated the evidence, planting account number which matched the identity of said third party. and no doubt he has compromised and hacked the accounts of said third party just as easily has he hacked mine.

Q: So you are saying that the evidence linking you to the Third Party was forged by jiao2 ? can you provide proof of these serious allegations ?
A: no i do not have any proof, i am not the admin. at this stage only the moderator or admin can corroborate my claims.

Q: are you willing to take an oath upon a holy book of your chosing that you are not the Third Party?
A: absolutely, i want to come out very clearly and say right now that i am not this person, have not met this person, have no knowledge of this person.

Q: we will return to the allegations at a later point. so the public is eager to know, if you are not the 3rd party as you claim, who then are you ?

A: how would I knows? you need to ask him . there is no doubt in my mind that he has mental illness. its very clear to me that if he went through a tarot card reading , he would be diagnosed as being a sociopaths. no doubt about it. you simple need to look at his exhibited past behaviour , where he has taken delight in hacked and compromised accounts of multiple people including
dinox, adeline84, ceo10k , khai, lamtin, third party , and most recently myself. its obvious that he has a habit of pursuing a vicious vendetta against multiple people online.

Q: so do you actually have the 300k FD that you claimed ?
A: as I said before, it varies depending on how I move my funds around . sometimes it can be less than 200k and sometimes more than 300k.

Q: but is the money actually yours ? do you own it ?
A: I can only say that I control the funds and have access to it.

A: yes , I wish to apologise for the misleading 300k figure that I mentiond earlier. its a lot more at certain times.

i present myself as the aggrieved party . i wish to pursue a case against [@destiny6] for breach of contract. allow me to narrate the sequence of events as i see it:

1. a deal was struck between me and destiny. in layman terms , the T& C of the agreement is as follows:

destiny will pay me the sum of RM5,000 if I can prove that there exists a game called "texas hold em poker" in genting casino.

2. the terms of agreement was laid down and witnessed by a third party , [@2feidei].

3. thusly i made my way to genting to obtain proof to support my case. after having obtained said evidence, i departed genting.

4. i then showed my evidence to destiny. however he denied that the evidence fits his requirements. essentially , he demands that only "player vs player" poker is acceptable.
the game which currently exists in genting is "player vs dealer" poker.

5. according to your learned opinion, O wise legal professionals, do i have a case to pursue destiny for breach of contract ?

as long as you have 6 figures liquid assets, and is reasonably well (endowed down there), it should not be too hard to maintain a small harem .

my question is , should i take a 50% loan and use my FD to pay 50% downpayment?
or , take a 90% flexi loan then move my FD into the mortgage to reduce the interest payable ?

my general understanding is that , of course its better to take the minimum loan possible or no loan at all when buying a property . just pay cash if possible. in this scenario i forego the 4-5% annual returns that my funds are generating. but i skip the mortgage interest, valuer fee, legal fee, mrta.
