Hey there people I am on a gap year after completing my pre-u studies and I want to find a job to earn some money before I go overseas next year. So should I inform the interviewers that I am on a gap year? Will it hamper my chances of landing the job? or I should just keep it a secret as companies wouldn't want to waste resources training me. Planning to work in the customer service/call centre line.

camry can't start

Hey guys, i couldn't start the car after i had dinner and i realized i left the gear in D when i turned off the engine. When i tried to start the engine the check engine, oil pressure and battery lights were on. Radio and a/c still works though. any idea whats the problem? is my gearbox damaged? thanks in advance sifus.

btw the camry is the 1994 2.2GX model

Kena police summon

hey guys yesterday I was issued a summon because i entered a one way street because i thought it was okay as it was 4am in the morning. The police didnt ask for bribe as there were 6-7 more of them at the pondok police (ss15 in front of taylors college). the summon states that i have to go to the municipal court so how can i settle it? i have no idea how much does the summon cost. and how will it affect me as a P license driver. really worried please help thanks in advance

Hey guys, i would like to set up a wireless connection at home but have little idea on how to do so.

1. i have a modem but i need a router to set up wireless connection? But i heard the Riger DB102 modem is not suitable for routing as it is unstable so i am planning to buy a new modem.
2. is there such this as a modem + router 2 in 1? what do you guys recommend?
3. what does 'flashing' you router mean? can make your connection faster, more stable etc?
4. wifi for laptops and ipods touch are the same yeah?
5. there is no need for me to upgrade to the streamyx WiFi@Home package right? just upgrade to the fixed line 1Mbps package, plug the modem/router in and i m good to go?

Audio output problem

hey guys i am facing this problem where the audio output lags or something for example, brush becomes brrrrrush for every 10-30 seconds interval (quite annoying). it happens almost once every 2 days or so, when the computer is turned on after a few hours. what is the cause of the problem? is it the sound card? since the result is the same when i m listening to the speaker or headphone. thanks for the help guys!

hey guys recently after turning on the computer for a few hours my computer start to have this problem. the sound lags, when i am listening to songs halfway, you can hear 'drrrroooo' or drumroll sound after every 7 seconds. youtube, games also. its like the sound is lagging. so i tried plugging in my headphone, but the same problem still occurs. how do i resolve this problem?

note:
my soundcard is stock. my mobo is gigabyte p35-ds3. when i restart the comp sometimes the problem will be solved but after a few hours . thanks

hello people just surveying around what do people do when your ipod gets scratched. what do you do? cry in the toilet for 2 nights? scratch the whole ipod to make it uniform? quickly polish it? buy a casing immediately? or pray the scratches will disappear next morning come share your experiences/opinions

hey guys i registered for the january 2009 intake and i chose the mathematics, econs, accounts and socio combination. somehow i am having second thoughts about the choice i made because i am uncertain whether i should shut the door on sciences at this stage. i kinda like chemistry but i m not really fond of physics even though stuff in NatGeo fascinates me i think i want to work in the investment/financial industry in the future but still not 100% certain. should i keep my options open and would i be able to change the subject combo? from business related to pure science (maths, physics, chemistry, econs) dilemma

hello people i want to buy a pair of running shoes but i have no idea what to buy. currently the choices are adizero mana and adizero CS from a factory outlet store. any good/decent shoes within this price range? just picked up running. oh yeah no nikes pls (sorry nike fan boys) they 'buka mulut' far too easily

btw if i buy from the factory outlet store the shoes will wear out easily too isit? since they are old stock. please give me pointers thanks a lot!

Mobo problem

hey hi guys i have a problem with my mobo. its a gigabyte ep35 ds3. yesterday i left my comp on while it was raining so i GUESS it was struck by lightning. when i on my computer, the page with the normal energy saving icon will appear on the top right corner then it will proceed to the verifying DMI pool data page which is before the windows xp loading page. after that it will auto restart to the first page and the cycle keeps repeating. if i m lucky, like now, it will run like usual. so whats the problem? help is much needed to rectify this problem. pls help .

p/s: when i restart the comp the mentioned problem will occur also
