Multiple network connections (concurrently)

Hi everyone,

I have the following network connections :
1) Maxis Wireless Broadband (which plugs into the Ehternet port)
2) Celcom 3G data card (plugs into PCMCIA slot)

Is it possible to have both active concurrently to maximise the avaialble bandwidth? It would be ideal if I can force a specific application to use a particular connection. Example, Limewire => Maxis; web download => Celcom.
