New poster here. I’m going to buy a prebuilt PC from aftershock Singapore. Specs as below:

Just have questions regarding the cooling system, is a stock amd cooler enough to cool a 5700XT graphics card? I’m considering adding more like a water cooler and would like to seek your opinions on this.
Also for $1500 sgd for an R5 3600X cpu, 5700xt, 1TB ssd is it an acceptable price? Thanks. I will be running it on a 1440p 144hz 32 in monitor.
