Accident at A Restaurant

Hey Guys,

Before CNY, I had a fall at a restaurant in one of the mall in KL.
It was closing time, somehow, those foreign workers were rushing to close down, and clean up as they should.

So, when I went to wash basin to wash up, I fell and hit the side wall near the basin. No precaution were there, the non-slip mat were
rolled up, no yellow sign saying its wet. It was wet and oily, damn slippery. Stitches on the back of my head.

No follow-up from Owner till now, no apology, nothing just ask the insurance company to talk to me trying to make submit my medical claim. Its not
really big amount, few K worth only.

I am planning to take legal action towards them.
Anyone has such case before and how did it go?

Appreciate all of your advice and would be good if there is any recommendation of lawyer who handle these kind of cases.
